Edible Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Ingredients
8 oz cottage cheese
⅔ cup almond flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla syrup
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Add the cottage cheese, salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add protein powder and almond flour, and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Store in the fridge.
Tips-n-Tricks
Sift the almond flour to make for a smoother overall texture.
I have made it all in the blender and then folded in the chocolate chips.
