Edible Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cottage cheese

  • ⅔ cup almond flour

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup 

  • ½ cup chocolate chips


Directions


  1. Add the cottage cheese, salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add protein powder and almond flour, and mix well. 

  3. Fold in chocolate chips. 

  4. Store in the fridge.


Tips-n-Tricks

  • Sift the almond flour to make for a smoother overall texture. 

  • I have made it all in the blender and then folded in the chocolate chips.
