Avocado Lime Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 avocados
¼ cup fresh cilantro
2 limes
2 tbsp olive oil
Dash salt and pepper
Directions
Add the shrimp to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until pink and cooked through, usually about 2-3 minutes per side.
While the shrimp is cooking, dice the avocados and chop the cilantro and red onion. Combine in a bowl.
Add cooked shrimp to the bowl and squeeze both limes over the mixture.
Finally, add olive oil, salt, and pepper to your liking. Toss to combine.
Tips-n-Tricks
If you aren't a multitasker, prepare the avocados, onion, and cilantro prior to cooking the shrimp.
