Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
2 medium ripe avocados, pitted and scooped
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp granulated erythritol (or keto-friendly sweetener of choice)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp MCT oil for added ketone production (optional)
Directions
Add avocados, almond milk, whipping cream, erythritol, vanilla, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add optional MCT oil and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
Add sweetener for desired taste.
Tips-n-Tricks
Serve in a chilled glass.
Vanilla extract and erythritol are typically gluten-free, but check the labels if you are sensitive or have celiac disease.
