Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients
1-½ cups fresh strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup granulated erythritol (or keto-friendly sweetener of choice)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Directions
Combine strawberries, almond milk, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add erythritol to the desired taste.
Pour into a glass.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
