Everything Cottage Cheese Bagels

Ingredients
Cooking spray
½ cup almond flour
½ cup cottage cheese (strained)
½ tsp baking powder
Egg wash
Everything bagel seasoning
Directions
Strain the cottage cheese and set aside.
Mix the flour and the baking powder in a bowl.
Add the strained cottage cheese to the flour mixture and mix, forming a dough.
Using your hands, form the dough into bagel shapes (recipe makes 2)
Brush the bagels with egg wash.
Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Spray each side of the bagel with cooking spray.
Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 300°F
Tips-n-Tricks
Makes 2 bagels, macros are listed for a total of 2 bagels.
Sift the almond flour for a better, less chunky texture.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can bake them in the oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
Egg wash is a simple mixture of beaten eggs, sometimes with added water, milk, or cream. For this recipe, eggs alone are used.
