Smash Cheeseburger Taco

Ingredients
Cooking spray
1 lb lean ground beef
4 low-carb 6” tortillas
Dash Salt & pepper
1 tbsp mustard
4 slices of cheddar cheese
½ cup mayo (or plain yogurt for fewer calories)
3 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
2 tbsp dill relish
1 tsp white vinegar
¼ tsp paprika
Directions
TACO
Warm a skillet over medium heat.
Mix a dash of salt, pepper, and mustard in a bowl.
Separate the meat mixture into 4 balls.
Spray skillet with cooking spray.
Evenly spread one of the meatballs onto a tortilla, all the way to the edges.
Place the tortilla, meat side down, onto the skillet, and fry for 2-5 minutes.
Flip it over, cover with cheese, and continue cooking until it is melted.
Top it off with the spread!
SPREAD
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), ketchup, relish, vinegar, salt, and paprika.
Tips-n-Tricks
To make this even healthier, use ground turkey; however, it can be a bit trickier since you need to cook it completely, and it can be hard to see how it's doing between the tortilla and the meat.
This is a versatile recipe; feel free to use your own favorite toppings.
