Tips-n-Tricks

  • The recipe is for 2 servings.

  • A spring onion is a young onion. It looks like a scallion (green onion) but has a small, round white bulb at the bottom that is starting to form. A spring onion will have a milder flavor than a full onion but a little stronger than a scallion. The entire spring onion, including the greens and the bulb, is edible.
